Stop Guessing. Start Performing Like Your Body Was Made To.

Let’s be honest: having the best tools in the world only gets you so far if you aren't sure how to push them to the limit. We created NC❌ Multisport Coaching because we’ve seen too many people work hard without seeing the results they deserve. Whether you’re looking for a dedicated coach or just a proven plan to follow across the swim, bike, or run, we’ve got a seat at the table for you.

Meet your Coach:

Livingston Timsuren didn't fall into coaching — he earned every credential the hard way. It started in the water as a youth competitive swimmer, qualifying for the California Junior Olympics in freestyle and
breaststroke. That discipline carried him to the United States Air Force Academy, where he walked on to the football team before serving as a commissioned officer.

During his military career he competed as a professional MMA fighter — going 4-0 as a pro, 7-1 as an amateur, and claiming the Interior Alaskan MMA Middleweight Title in 2013. If you want a coach who understands
training through adversity and a demanding schedule, you've found him.

Six years of competitive triathlon later, he FINISHED the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Marbella, Spain — the highest level of age-group competition in the sport. He got there through process,
discipline, and smart training. That's exactly what he teaches.

Outside of the pool, the bike, and the run course, Livingston is a husband and father of three living in Cornelius, NC — right
on the shores of Lake Norman. His backyard is his training ground. The same water he coaches open-water swim technique on is the water he trains in every week.

He doesn't work with robots — he works with real people who have jobs, families, and lives. The best training plan is the one
you can actually execute.
His job is to build something that fits your life and still gets you to the finish line ready to perform.

He's been the beginner. He still grinds away. He's raced sprints to Ironman World Championships.
