Powered by Nightclubs Suck AeroDry™ Technology. These are the shorts built for those who endure.
The Apex Performance Shorts in red are the pair you save for the days that count. Same 2-in-1 build we put in every Apex short: a 4-inch inseam, a compression-style liner with a perforated back panel that does not ride up, quick-dry AeroDry™ fabric, and enough pocket space to run without a belt. The color is the only thing that changes, and it is the one that shows up in the race photo.

Who it is for
Race day. Group runs where you want to be findable. Track sessions. Anyone who keeps one pair of shorts for the workouts that matter and wears black the rest of the week.
Fabric and care
Quick-dry AeroDry™ performance fabric with a mesh compression liner. Machine wash cold, hang dry away from direct sun. Wash red separately the first couple of times so the color sets.
Fit
Athletic fit, 4-inch inseam on the outer short. Available in S, S/M, M, L, and XL. True to size, with a drawcord waistband.
Questions we get
Is red harder to keep looking new? Only if you dry it hot or leave it in the sun. Heat is what fades performance dye. Cold wash and shade drying and it holds through a season.
Same fit as the black and white pairs? Identical. Same pattern, same liner, same 4-inch inseam. If you know your size in one, you know it in all three.
Can I swim in these? They are running shorts with a compression liner, not a swim short. For a sprint tri where you are not changing, plenty of people do it, but that is your call and not what we built them for.
From the starting line to wherever the day takes you. The Nightclubs Suck Apex Performance Shorts are always the right call.
